Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Manager, Global Equity & Reward to lead innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of global share plans—designing, implementing, and ensuring compliance—while partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax.

You’ll work in a truly global hub model with core teams in the US, UK, and Australia, and access to in-country specialists. This hybrid role is based in NYC or Stamford with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in equity compensation or global rewards.
• Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-country equity program design and rollout.
• Coordinate governance, documentation, and year-end reporting.
• Mentor team members and drive analytics dashboards.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax across regions.
