Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Manager, Global Equity & Reward to lead design, implementation, and compliance of global equity programs for multinational clients. You will manage projects across the full lifecycle of share plans while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams in a hub model.

This global role operates with core professionals in the US, UK, and Australia, and requires hybrid work from NYC or Stamford with periodic client travel. A CEP/CPA credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
• Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional equity administration across jurisdictions.
• Manage client projects, timelines, deliverables, and quality.
• Establish governance frameworks and year-end reporting for equity programs.
• Support design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices and client objectives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track participation, compliance, and trends.
