Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Lead Equity & Incentives Compensation Partner to own global equity and incentive design across markets. You will lead education, governance, and data integrity while partnering with Finance, Legal, and HR to shape compensation in a high-growth tech environment.

Reporting to the Global Director, Compensation Strategy, you will drive executive compensation benchmarks, offer construction, and regulatory disclosures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive compensation roles with equity/incentives
• Experience in high-growth technology or e-commerce environments
• Strong knowledge of equity mechanics (RSUs, options, performance shares)
• Proven financial modelling and data analysis capabilities
• Experience in governance, SOX, and multi-jurisdictional compliance
• Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

• Design and own global equity programs (RSUs, performance shares)
• Lead incentive plan design including STI/LTI and payout modelling
• Support executive compensation benchmarking and disclosures
• Develop and maintain governance framework, pay bands, and job architecture
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Talent on strategy, due diligence, and acquisition integrations
• Mentor other compensation team members and drive process improvements
