Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Director of Customer Compensation & Policy to design and govern a global compensation engine across all markets and brands. You will shape a multi-year roadmap with cross-functional influence in Operations, Technology, Finance, and Market Leadership to restore customer trust at scale.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own global compensation strategy and engine architecture across markets.
• Define rules, thresholds, and automation frameworks for recovery decisions.
• Lead experimentation roadmap including A/B tests across offers and segments.
• Manage global compensation P&L, cost governance and policy governance.
• Partner with Analytics, Technology, and Finance to ensure data quality and policy adoption.
• Drive cross-functional leadership with market GMs and senior leaders.
