Job summary

ElevenLabs is recruiting a Senior Leader to own global compensation and total rewards as the company expands across 46+ countries. You will shape compensation philosophy, structure pay and equity, and drive governance for scalable, compliant programs in a fast-moving AI company.

The role requires partnering with Finance and Legal, guiding cross-functional teams, and building systems that sustain rapid growth while maintaining equity and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards in high-growth tech.
• Ownership of equity programs and scalable compensation systems.
• Experience designing job architectures and leveling across many countries.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve ElevenLabs’ global compensation philosophy and practices.
• Design and implement leveling, bands, and total rewards structures.
• Lead equity design, refresh cycles, and long-term incentive programs.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to govern compensation cycles.
