Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Global Equity Compensation Manager to own all equity programs (RSUs, PSUs, ESPP) and executive compensation initiatives. You will drive governance, ensure regulatory compliance across EMEA and APAC, and manage vendor relationships with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Payroll teams.

You will oversee ESPP design and annual grant cycles, ensuring accurate reporting, tax withholding, and communications with employees. A CEP or equivalent is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Equity Administration; 2–3 years in management.
• Experience with executive compensation and proxy disclosure.
• Deep knowledge of global equity compliance (SEC, IRC 409A, ESPP).
• Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and data privacy in equity programs.

Responsibilities

• Govern end-to-end global equity programs across RSUs, PSUs, ESPP, and options.
• Model equity budgets, burn rates, dilution, and reporting.
• Oversee ESPP administration, enrollment, payroll deductions, and share purchases.
• Lead annual grant cycles: budgeting, processing, and vesting coordination.
• Prepare proxy statement inputs and support equity footnote disclosures with Finance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and FP&A on compliance and disclosures.
