Job summary

GlobalFoundries in New York is seeking a seasoned equity compensation administrator to manage monthly grant loads, data reconciliation, and ESPP/LTI operations. You will partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Finance, and external plan administrators to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of equity processes.

The role requires 6+ years in compensation/equity administration, advanced Excel, and experience with global payroll and multi-country processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Total 6 years of experience including 3+ years in Compensation/ Equity/ Payroll or related area.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong Word/PowerPoint/Outlook; HRIS/equity systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly equity grant administration activities: grants, approvals, data validation, and coordination with plan administrator.
• Perform complex data reconciliations between HR systems, payroll data, and equity portal; identify root causes and improve processes.
• Provide timely support on equity award status, ESPP participation, eligibility, and program administration to employees and leaders.
• Oversee collection and retention of executed agreements and documentation for equity grants/ESPP enrollment.
• Coordinate equity transaction reporting with global payroll teams to ensure payroll/tax compliance.
