Job summary

Peloton is seeking a Manager of Equity Administration and Executive Compensation to lead global stock plan administration, drive process improvements, and serve as a subject-matter expert within the Compensation team.

The role collaborates with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and People teams, focusing on international equity, governance, and executive compensation programs while leveraging automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

7+ years of equity administration experience in a global public company or stock plan provider.
Experience with executive compensation practices and proxy disclosures preferred.
Knowledge of global equity compliance and international equity taxation a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day administration of equity compensation programs (RSUs, PSUs, stock options, etc.).
Manage full lifecycle of equity transactions with accuracy and as escalation point for edge cases.
Coordinate with Compensation, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR and external partners on equity matters.
Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, tax, international, and accounting requirements.
Support executive compensation design, disclosures, and Board materials.
