PTC Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Director, Global Compensation and Equity to lead and evolve the company's global compensation programs.

This role will oversee design, governance, and continuous improvement of compensation initiatives across regions, partnering with HR partners, Talent Acquisition, People Systems, and business leaders. The leader will ensure programs are competitive and equitable, support talent attraction and retention, and provide strategic leadership to the compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience in multinational or global organizations.
• Experience leading annual compensation planning cycles.
• Knowledge of global compensation regulations and pay transparency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and execution of the global compensation strategy, philosophy, and guiding principles.
• Oversee annual compensation planning, salary benchmarking, and structure management.
• Partner with regional HR leaders to maintain global consistency while ensuring local relevance.
• Provide equity and executive compensation support and prepare materials for senior leadership.
