Qualifications

• Post Secondary education in Business Management, Law or Engineering preferred.
• Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) is considered an asset.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in contracts management, preferably in a project environment on industrial or mining projects.
• Proven experience with entire contract administration cycle of contracts in excess of $1M.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and SAP.
• Ability to multitask, change priorities, solve problems, and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions

Responsibilities

• The Site Contract Coordinator will be responsible for the oversight and contract management for all contracts executed with work to be performed at the Project Site.
• Support the coordination of contractor mobilization, workforce ramp up, equipment training, certification and signoff, etc.
• Support the development of contractor process and protocols during the mobilization process.
• Ensure the Contractor executes the work in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
• Support Project Office Contract Coordinator with Change Management i.e Field Work Instructions, Contract Change Orders & the pre and post Change Order work.
