Job summary

RemotePass is seeking an EOR Partnerships Specialist to own partner performance across a 160+ country network and report to our Global Payroll Manager. This hands-on role interacts with Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Employee Experience, Customer Success, and Vendor Sourcing to ensure a consistently high-quality client experience.

Youll drive SLA adherence, KPI tracking, renewal negotiations, and lead playbook creation as the function scales toward a dedicated partnerships team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in vendor or partner management, account management, or operations.
• Solid understanding of how EOR models and in-country partners operate.
• Track record of managing external partners against SLAs and driving measurable performance improvement.
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, plus experience with project management tools.
• Highly organised, able to manage many partners and countries at once in a remote setup.
• Strong written and spoken English, and the ability to hold partners accountable while keeping the relationship intact.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of EOR partners. Build strong relationships and run regular performance reviews.
• Hold partners to SLAs. Define, track, and report on KPIs; drive improvements and renewals when needed.
• Own escalations end to end from logging to resolution to protect client experience.
• Oversee contracts and commercials; support renewals and pricing with benchmarks.
• Build the function with playbooks, trackers, and handoffs for onboarding partners.
• Share knowledge by contributing to country guides, FAQs, and process docs.
