Job summary

RemotePass is hiring an EOR Partnerships Specialist to own partner performance across 160+ countries. You’ll ensure partners meet SLAs, resolve issues quickly, and maintain high-quality client experiences, collaborating with Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Success.

This hands-on role has a clear growth path toward building and leading a dedicated partnerships team as the function scales, with remote work from anywhere. Strong English and program management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in vendor or partner management or related operations.
• Strong understanding of EOR models and in-country partners.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of EOR partners and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Enforce SLAs, track KPIs, and drive improvement plans.
• Manage end-to-end partner escalations for timely resolutions.
• Oversee contracts, pricing terms, and SLA documentation.
• Build playbooks, trackers, and reporting for partnerships.
• Contribute to country guides and process documentation.
