Veralto is seeking a dynamic business partner to lead Enterprise Talent Acquisition, developing and executing a global TA strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent that fuels growth and competitive advantage.

This leadership role acts as the senior TA advisor to business and HR leadership, accountable for TA strategy, operations, technology, governance, vendor management, and the global TA ecosystem. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, operational rigor, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
• Experience leading global recruiting in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and business leaders.
• Deep expertise in executive recruiting, workforce planning, talent intelligence, recruiting operations, and TA technology.
• Experience leading large-scale recruiting transformations and managing RPO partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Talent Acquisition organization.
• Own enterprise TA strategy, operations, and governance.
• Manage global TA P&L, budget, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Partner across HR CoEs to optimize service delivery and TA impact.
• Lead RPO strategy, operating model, and vendor negotiations.
• Drive recruiting technology roadmap, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
