Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Sr. Director, Human Resources to serve as the primary business partner for the Corporate organization.

You will translate business objectives into people priorities and lead HR strategies to drive performance, leadership development, and culture across a global matrixed structure. This role collaborates with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Labor and Employee Relations, and Total Rewards, and reports to the Vice President, Talent.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating with senior leaders; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate leadership to translate business objectives into people priorities.
• Lead HR processes such as performance management and compensation at Corporate level.
• Architect succession plans and talent pipelines for Veralto leadership.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives in a global matrixed organization.
