Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate leadership and Veralto Executive Team to translate business objectives into people priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and transformational change for corporate functions.
• Oversee key HR processes at Corporate, including performance management, compensation, and engagement surveys.
