Job summary

Veralto is seeking an Enterprise Talent Acquisition leader to drive the global TA strategy, operations, and governance across the organization. You will lead an globally dispersed TA team, guide executive recruitment, and partner with shared services to optimize delivery and transformation initiatives.

This senior role requires extensive experience in global TA leadership, RPO partnerships, and cost management, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred with HR and Finance specializations.
• 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
• Experience leading global recruiting organizations within a multi-business or matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and business leaders.
• Deep expertise in executive recruiting, workforce planning, talent intelligence, recruiting operations, and TA technology.
• Experience leading large-scale recruiting transformation initiatives, managing strategic RPO partnerships and variable TA workforce models.
• Experience in establishing TA GPO and partnering with shared services to drive operational leverage.
• Strong financial acumen with high technology fluency.

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer-first approach, advised Veralto Leadership on talent acquisition, workforce trends, and talent risks.
• Build deep partnerships with business leaders to understand growth strategies and capability needs.
• Partner with HR, Total Rewards, Communications, Learning, and Operations to deliver an integrated talent strategy.
• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Create scalable recruiting capabilities and operating models to support growth and acquisitions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global Talent Acquisition organization.
• Oversee TA P&L, budget, vendor management, contracts, and cost-per-hire efficiency.
• Drive recruiting automation, analytics, and AI-enabled improvements.
