Responsibilities

• Leading HR partnership for Veralto Corporate, including global executives and remote associates.
• Driving workforce planning, organizational design, and transformational change.
• Overseeing performance management, compensation processes, and engagement surveys.
• Architecting succession plans for corporate managers and talent pipelines.
• Attracting and acquiring skilled talent and executing engagement/retention strategies.
• Lead HR kaizens and policy deployment to advance business objectives.
