Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to support the Enterprise Client Relations Team and help shape global commerce. You will respond to banking inquiries, review issues, pull daily reports, and partner with Account Specialists to resolve problems while maintaining meticulous records.

You’ll prepare reports for auditors and leadership, create process documentation, and contribute to cross-functional projects. Strong Excel skills and teamwork are valued in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Provide timely and helpful support by responding to banking inquiries from internal teams and external customers.
• Review and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Proactively pull and analyze daily reports while keeping records organized and up-to-date.
• Partner closely with Account Specialists to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and documentation for auditors and leadership review.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation to support consistency and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives that drive team and business success.
• Collaborate with internal customer service teams to address inquiries effectively.
• Excellent Excel experience (bonus).
