You will review issues, pull daily reports, and maintain records to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with Account Specialists, prepare reports for auditors and leadership, and help drive process improvement.

• Partner closely with Account Specialists to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and documentation for review by auditors and leadership.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation to support consistency and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives that drive team and business success.
• Collaborate with internal customer service teams to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively
