Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Global Sales Director for Travel Tech on behalf of our client. You will own the enterprise sales function, set the market direction, and personally close high-value agreements with major organizations.

This is a remote role with roughly 25% travel. You bring 8+ years selling to enterprise B2B customers, 4+ years in corporate travel or adjacent industries, and a proven track record closing $1M+ deals with Fortune 1000 clients.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years selling to enterprise B2B customers.
• 4+ years in corporate travel services or adjacent industry.
• Proven results landing and growing Fortune 1000 relationships.
• History of closing deals worth $1M or more.
• Familiarity with corporate travel, payments, expense management, events, or fintech.
• Credibility with C-suite buyers; strong negotiation skills.
• Experience coaching and leading sales talent.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.

• Shape and carry out the strategy for growing enterprise revenue.
• Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of large, strategic target accounts.
• Own major deals end to end, from the first conversation through signed contract.
• Establish and deepen executive-level relationships with prospects and current clients.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and client-facing teams.
• Give leadership reliable pipeline and revenue forecasts.
• Serve as the company's face with key clients and at industry events.
