HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle for complex enterprise payment programmes in a global context. You will drive discovery, design, build, testing, rollout and stabilisation with cross-functional teams spanning vendors, geographies and time zones.

The role requires deep expertise in payments, integration patterns, APIs and multi-disciplinary leadership, reporting to senior sponsors on delivery health, financials and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field or related experience.
• Minimum 10 years delivering complex technology initiatives, with 10+ years in project/programme management.
• Experience delivering large, cross-functional programmes through full SDLC.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise payments, payment gateways and related platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, DevOps and Lean methods.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for complex payment programmes from discovery to stabilisation.
• Develop programme plans, budgets, governance, and success metrics.
• Lead delivery across multiple product teams, functions, vendors, and geographies.
• Drive implementation sequencing and non-functional requirements with architects.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate release readiness and test strategy across teams.
• Provide transparent reporting to sponsors and executives.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps and investment planning.
