Job summary

Presidio is seeking a driven Senior Business Development Manager based in the United States to win net-new business across Europe. You will sell end-user devices and data center hardware to enterprise and mid-market clients with US head offices and European operations, coordinating with the European BD team to deliver cross-border procurement.

The role requires a proven hunter with enterprise IT sales experience, the ability to build pipelines from zero, and the skill to navigate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a commercial or technology discipline.
• 7+ years of business development or enterprise sales with net-new logos.
• Experience selling end-user hardware and/or data center infrastructure to enterprise clients.
• Experience selling to US companies with European operations and multi-country procurement.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a new business role.
• Experience building and managing a structured sales pipeline with forecasting.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to influence at all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and close net-new enterprise and mid-market clients with European operations.
• Develop pipeline via cold calling, emails, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and opportunities.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and deliver Quarterly Business Outlook.
• Forecast and manage rolling sales forecast with management.
• Meet or exceed revenue and gross margin targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals and ensure deliverability.
• Represent Presidio at industry events and vendor partner meetings.
