Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Practice and Governance Lead to define, operate and continuously improve the EA operating model for MVH. You will steward governance, standards, portfolio transparency and the Architecture Community of Practice to drive technology harmonization and business value.

The role requires 10+ years in EA/IT governance, strong executive communication, and hands-on experience with LeanIX, Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
Ten+ years of experience in Enterprise/ Solution Architecture, IT Governance, or related roles.
Certifications in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, PEAF, or equivalent.
Experience with architecture governance, application portfolio management, and architecture operating models.
Experience using LeanIX, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Define and manage the global architecture governance framework including ARB, decision processes, design authorities, and architecture assurance activities.
Lead the Architecture Community of Practice across enterprise, solution, platform, data, and security architecture disciplines.
Develop architecture methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets.
Promote architecture best practices and capability development across the technology organization.
Establish and maintain architecture decision management processes and governance reporting.
