Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of IT experience including enterprise or solution architecture.
• 7+ years in leadership roles managing matrixed or distributed teams.
• Experience defining and executing enterprise architecture strategies and technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead matrixed team of enterprise architects across IT domains with clear priorities.
• Define and own Envista’s enterprise architecture strategy and roadmaps.
• Establish a global architecture engagement model for scalable practices.
• Chair the Enterprise Architecture Board and governance forums.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to align technology strategy with business outcomes.
• Identify innovative solutions to enable transformation and reduce TCO.
