Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Lead Service Now and System Engineer to own the ServiceNow platform architecture across MVH, ensuring scalability, security, and enterprise alignment. You will guide external engineering resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, automated solutions.

This role requires 8+ years in ServiceNow, strong governance, and expertise in APIs, integrations, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and CIS certifications are highly preferred.
• ITIL 4 MP/SL or equivalent is desirable.
• CTA certification is a significant asset.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and automation are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform across MVH.
• Lead external ServiceNow engineering resources and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, and third-party teams to align with enterprise standards.
• Drive automation, AI-powered solutions, and platform extensibility.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and integration capabilities.
