Job summary

MarketStar in the United States is seeking a Global Trainer to design, deliver, and manage enablement training for client teams. You will lead onboarding, coaching, and development initiatives to foster a high-performing culture.

The role requires strong experience in sales enablement, facilitation, and a deep understanding of the sales process. Remote/UT-based work will involve collaboration with global teams and weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in an L&D environment with sales and customer success programs.
• Experience working with technology sales (software/hardware) preferred.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; project management skills beneficial.
• Proficient use of Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills with energetic and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work on own initiative and collaborate with a global team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver inductions/onboarding across teams.
• Deliver coaching and training to new and existing members in the Intel portfolio.
• Support Line Managers with development needs identified during probation and PDP processes.
• Assist in designing engaging development initiatives across MarketStar.
• Adapt to best practices and trends in the L&D space.
• Draft and manage key L&D communications; report on department activity.
