Ogletree Deakins seeks an experienced Associate for its Cross-Border practice. Fully remote, US-qualified attorneys with 3+ years of labor and employment experience will advise multinational clients on worldwide employment issues. Strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Ideal candidates have experience with in-house and/or management-side litigation and can handle multiple matters with little supervision. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and licensed to practice law in the United States location where you reside.
• Candidate must possess 3+ years of employment law experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; writing sample required; business-centric advice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide global employment advice and counsel to multinational clients.
• Advise on complex cross-border employment issues and risk-based solutions.
• Manage multiple projects independently with strong time management.
