Ogletree Deakins is seeking an experienced employment-law attorney to join our remote Counsel team. The role focuses on advising a dedicated client group on hiring, leaves, accommodations, discipline, investigations, wage and hour, and related issues.

The successful candidate will draft policies and training materials, develop webinars, and leverage firm resources for ongoing professional development, while participating in an annual firm retreat.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active license in good standing in any state.
• 7+ years of employment-law experience advising clients.
• Experience conducting trainings and drafting employment policies and forms.

Responsibilities

• Counsel a specific group of clients on employment-law matters.
• Develop and conduct recorded webinars on employment topics.
• Draft and revise policies, handbooks, forms, and checklists for clients.
