Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Master’s degree in Taxation preferred.
• Eight years of experience in compensation & benefits required.

• Execute client deliverables related to compensation & benefits tax topics.
• Apply firm policies and tax quality standards to equity compensation and 409A analyses.
• Research compensation planning and benchmarking for executive compensation models.
