Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. seeks a Senior Manager in tax and compensation services to lead complex analyses on equity and deferred compensation, 162(m), 280G, ASC 718/740, payroll taxes, and employee stock plans. You will supervise GES Managers, mentor staff, and deliver client-ready memos and tax opinions.

The role requires eight+ years in compensation & benefits, a CPA/JD preferred, and advanced Excel/Access skills. Applicants should thrive in a deadline-driven environment and build strong client

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of compensation & benefits experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; focus preferred.
• CPA or JD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform client deliverables including calculations and memos.
• Apply firm policies and Tax Quality Manual to compensation analyses.
• Research and prepare compensation planning and benchmarking for executive models.
• Identify when additional research is needed and use appropriate sources.
• Communicate with clients verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate client/executive presence and strong communication.
