BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead tax work on equity compensation, deferred compensation, 409A, and related topics for corporate and individual returns. The role focuses on executing client deliverables and applying firm standards across diverse compensation engagements.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in compensation & benefits, CPA or JD preferred, and strong communication, organizational, and client-management skills. This is an on-site role based in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• CPA certification or JD preferred.
• Eight (8) or more years of experience in compensation & benefits required.

Aufgaben

• Executes client deliverables related to compensation & benefits tax, including calculations and memos.
• Applies tax standards and firm policies to equity compensation, 409A, IRC 162(m), 280G, ASC 718, ASC 740, payroll taxes, and related matters.
• Researches and prepares compensation planning and benchmarking for executive compensation models.
• Identifies when additional research is necessary.
• Communicates with clients verbally and in formal tax writings.
• Exhibits client/executive presence and strong communication skills.
