Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner, Transformation & Employment Practices to support global policies and compliant workplace practices. You will advise on policy interpretation, employment compliance, and workforce transformation across multiple jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and cross-functional partners to ensure governance, risk mitigation, and consistent application of standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee relations, human resources, employment practices, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development, policy interpretation, employee relations matters, and employment compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Support development, review, and interpretation of global and regional employment-related policies and practices; partner with Legal to ensure compliance.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess potential impacts on policies and processes.
• Assist with State and Federal Reporting as needed.
• Support employment practice reviews and audits, identify risks, and assist with audits.
• Assist with COI governance activities, including reviewing disclosures and tracking approvals.
• Assist with background check adjudications and ensure consistent hiring standards.
