ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company scaling rapidly across 50+ countries and 4,000 employees. We are seeking a senior People Partner to coach leaders, support performance, and guide organizational design across engineering and product teams in a remote-first role.

You will work with our international teams, partnering with the People team to drive engagement, performance reviews, recognition, and lead enablement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience guiding leaders through performance, coaching, growth and change.
• Strong coaching skills with ability to handle sensitive conversations.
• Sound judgment and discretion in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.
• Comfortable partnering and hands-on execution when needed.
• Experience supporting Engineering or Product teams and leaders across timezones/cultures.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to support team health and performance.
• Coach leads and managers through feedback, performance, conflict and growth conversations.
• Run proactive 1:1 sessions with leads and key staff, surfacing issues early.
• Contribute to organisational design work, advising on team structures and gaps.
• Support leaders through changes such as move to new ways of working and role changes.
• Support key People programs for Engineering and Product teams.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations and Legal on early-stage ER issues as needed.
• Identify patterns across teams to inform new People initiatives.
