Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to independently manage all employee exits for Remote's external employees, focusing on legal compliance and providing delightful service. You will offer first-level Employee Relations guidance across multiple jurisdictions within a global Lifecycle team.

As part of the Lifecycle team, you will drive process improvements, work with Payroll, Legal and other stakeholders, draft termination documents, and mentor

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR/labour relations/employment law are a plus.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and legal compliance.
• Understanding of employee relations principles and progressive discipline approaches.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle difficult conversations with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions with a focus on compliance and customer service.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees, including exit-related discussions and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant offboarding and audits.
• Draft, tailor and administer termination and related documents with accuracy and privacy.
