Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to run complex programs or projects across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Corporate Electrical Safety Program including arc flash compliance, risk assessment, mitigation plans, and training worldwide.
• Lead Arc Flash Programs in the US and Europe for 180+ sites and ensure leaders understand reports and updates.
• Maintain, review, and revise the electrical PM program and assist with planning to ensure PM compliance.
• Serve as technical lead for electrical systems, energy management, and regulatory requirements.
• Review site metrics/costs to prioritize improvements and establish best practices for electrical systems.
• Evaluate plants and expansion projects to define scope of work and initial budgets for electrical improvements.
