Job summary

Amcor seeks a seasoned Electrical Safety Program leader to drive corporate standards across 180+ sites worldwide. You will oversee arc flash compliance, risk mitigation, and maintenance programs, mentor site teams, and guide energy management initiatives.

Travel up to 15% is expected as you coordinate with US and European operations to sustain safety excellence. Strong experience in NFPA/IEEE standards and complex program management across multiple sites is required, with a Bachelor’s in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to run complex programs or projects that span several sites simultaneously.
• Knowledgeable in NFPA and IEEE electrical standards.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Corporate Electrical Safety Program including arc flash compliance, electrical system risk, mitigation plans, and training.
• Lead the Arc Flash Programs in the US and Europe ensuring site compliance and reporting.
• Maintain, review, and revise the electrical PM program and assist with planning and PM compliance.
• Serve as technical leader and mentor on electrical systems, energy management, and regulatory requirements.
• Review site metrics and cost information to drive improvements.
• Establish guidelines to ensure safe maintenance and best practices.
