Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a seasoned Electrical Safety Program Manager to lead corporate-wide electrical safety and arc flash initiatives. You will guide program scope across the US and Europe, ensuring compliance, mentoring site leaders, and driving continuous improvement in electrical systems.

You should bring a bachelor’s in electrical engineering, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-site programs with travel up to 15%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to run complex programs or projects that span several sites simultaneously.
• Knowledgeable in NFPA and IEEE electrical standards.
• Ability to travel as necessary. Up to 15% travel is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Corporate Electrical Safety Program including arc flash compliance, electrical system risk, mitigation plans, and training programs.
• Lead the Arc Flash Programs in the US and Europe ensuring that 180+ sites are compliant with updates and site leaders understand reports.
• Maintain, review and revise the 'Corporate Facility Required' electrical PM program and assist with planning to ensure PM compliance.
• Serve as technical leader and mentor related to electrical systems, energy management, and regulatory requirements.
• Review site metrics and cost information to help prioritize and investigate improvement opportunities.
• Establish guidelines related to plant electrical systems to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are met.
• Evaluate plants on site to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Specify and review power systems studies to help plants troubleshoot, specify, and improve electrical systems; liaise with suppliers and plants.
• Evaluate existing facilities and expansion projects to establish scope of work and initial budgets for electrical system improvements.
