Amcor is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering leader to drive the Corporate Electrical Safety Program across global sites. You will manage arc flash compliance, training, and energy management while ensuring regulatory adherence and safe operations.

Responsibilities include leading cross-site programs, updating PM schedules, mentoring engineers, and guiding cost-effective improvements in electrical systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to run complex programs or projects across multiple sites.
• Ability to travel up to 15% as necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Corporate Electrical Safety Program including arc flash compliance and training.
• Lead Arc Flash Programs in the US and Europe for 180+ sites and ensuring updates.
• Maintain and revise the electrical PM program and ensure PM compliance.
• Serve as technical leader for electrical systems, energy management, and regulatory requirements.
• Review site metrics and cost information to prioritize improvements.
• Develop guidelines for plant electrical systems to ensure safety and maintenance.
