Amcor is seeking a seasoned Electrical Safety Program leader to guide global arc flash compliance, maintenance standards, and energy management across facilities. You will drive safety programs, mentor teams, and coordinate with site leaders to ensure consistent execution.

The role demands strong communication, multi-site program management, and travel up to 15% as needed to support sites in the US and Europe.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to run complex programs or projects across multiple sites.
• Knowledgeable in NFPA and IEEE electrical standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Up to 15% travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Corporate Electrical Safety Program incl. arc flash compliance and training.
• Lead Arc Flash Programs in US and Europe for 180+ sites and reports.
• Maintain and revise electrical PM program and budgeting.
• Serve as technical leader on electrical systems and energy management.
• Review site metrics and propose opportunities for improvement.
• Establish guidelines to ensure safe maintenance and best practices.
• Evaluate plants for safe, efficient operations and scope projects.
