Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical safety, power distribution engineering, or project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical safety program and arc flash compliance across sites.
• Lead global arc flash programs for 180+ sites and ensure site leaders understand reports.
• Develop and maintain corporate electrical maintenance programs and PM schedules.
• Mentor teams on electrical systems, energy management, and regulatory requirements.
• Review site metrics and budgets to prioritize improvements.
