Ardagh Metal Packaging is seeking a Global Environment, Health & Safety Programs Manager to drive the development and execution of EHS strategies across AMP. You will partner with regional teams, lead Root Cause Analysis training, and coordinate maturity assessments while monitoring KPIs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring an engineering or technical degree, 7+ years of EH&S experience in industry, and proven leadership in a multicultural, global environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in an engineering or technical subject.
• Occupational H&S / Environmental / Risk management degree.
• 7+ years of EH&S experience in an industrial setting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent leadership abilities and extensive knowledge of EHS Management Systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable using a variety of software programs.
• Ability to lead remotely and in a multiculture environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist in developing and executing AMP Global EHS and FSPP frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to build EHS and risk capabilities across AMP risk team.
• Lead development of Root Cause Analysis training.
• Collaborate with Engineering to standardize machine operations worldwide.
• Support policy and standard development and training.
• Establish, monitor, and report KPIs to Global/Regional teams.
• Coordinate Global EHS maturity assessments and regional programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable EH&S laws and standards.
