Job summary

Array Technologies is seeking a Director of Global Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) to architect and drive a comprehensive EHS strategy worldwide. You will lead program development, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a proactive safety culture across manufacturing sites.

Excellent leadership and communication are essential for coordinating cross-functional teams and external resources. The role requires 10+ years in EHS with 5+ years supervising in manufacturing, plus global program

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
10+ years Environmental Health & Safety experience with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
5+ years prior experience implementing a Global EHS program.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

Establish and administer global EHS policies, standards, procedures, and programs.
Drive continuous improvement in LTIR, TRIR, incidents, etc.
Lead and promote the EHS function with a safety-first culture.
Provide EHS consultation to support all company EHS efforts.
Coordinate training and incident investigations; ensure regulatory compliance globally.
