Array Technologies is seeking a Director of Global Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) to architect and drive a comprehensive EHS strategy worldwide. You will lead program development, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a proactive safety culture across manufacturing sites.

Excellent leadership and communication are essential for coordinating cross-functional teams and external resources. The role requires 10+ years in EHS with 5+ years supervising in manufacturing, plus global program

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
  • 10+ years Environmental Health & Safety experience with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years prior experience implementing a Global EHS program.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and administer global EHS policies, standards, procedures, and programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in LTIR, TRIR, incidents, etc.
  • Lead and promote the EHS function with a safety-first culture.
  • Provide EHS consultation to support all company EHS efforts.
  • Coordinate training and incident investigations; ensure regulatory compliance globally.
