• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations by staying informed and updating programs.
• Directs, develops, and delivers EHS training programs for employees at all levels.
• Manage, complete, and document regular EHS audits and inspections.
• Maintain audit systems for chemicals, equipment, and processes; develop controls.
• Coordinate regulatory visits and file annual environmental reports.
• Lead a team; oversee hiring, training, performance, and discipline.
• Handle hazardous materials storage, handling, and disposal per regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance with site managers.
• Analyze safety history and processes to identify hazards and develop strategies.
