Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in EHS fields.
• Experience leading teams in EHS programs.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems.
• CFATS program knowledge; basic workplace security measures.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for enterprise EHS programs.
• Drive safety culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.
• Lead audits, inspections, and assessments of EHS, security, and process safety.
• Develop and manage annual EHS budget within Plant Operations plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and train staff.
• Advise leadership on EHS strategy and ensure proper resourcing.
