Job summary

Array Technologies is seeking a Director of Global Environmental, Health, and Safety to develop and maintain a comprehensive EHS strategy and toolkit across the organization. This role leads global EHS programs, drives improvements in safety metrics, and coordinates with internal and external resources to achieve world-class safety performance.

The position requires a minimum of 10+ years in EHS in manufacturing, with at least 5+ years in a supervisory capacity and experience implementing global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in safety engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in Environmental Health & Safety with supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing a Global EHS program.

Responsibilities

• Establish and administer global EHS policies, standards, procedures, and programs.
• Drive continuous improvement in LTIR, TRIR, incidents, etc.
• Lead and promote EHS function with a positive safety culture.
• Ensure regulatory training and safety communications across the organization.
• Coordinate incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regional regulations.
