Job summary

University of Texas at Austin is seeking an Academic Program Coordinator for the Global Engagement department on UT Main Campus. The role manages education abroad programs, advises students, and coordinates with domestic and international partners and academic advisors to ensure successful program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Experience developing or managing programs or projects in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills; customer focus and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Advise students and manage a portfolio of education abroad programs.
• Promote programs, recruit participants, review applications, and conduct pre-departure and re-entry sessions.
• Coordinate with domestic and international partners and academic advisors on education abroad policies.
• Develop marketing materials with the Marketing team to support mobility initiatives.
