Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years’ progressive experience in process excellence, operational excellence, transformation, automation, enterprise work management, business operations, consulting, or program leadership.
• 7+ years’ experience leading cross-functional initiatives, transformation programs, platform-enabled operating model changes, or globally distributed teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global Process Excellence strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Partner with senior leaders to align transformation priorities with business objectives and financial goals.
• Own a global portfolio of process improvement initiatives delivering measurable business impact.
• Lead end-to-end process transformation across strategic programs from assessment to adoption.
• Advance automation and digital enablement across enterprise capabilities.
• Oversee enterprise work management and portfolio governance (Workfront) for demand, prioritization, and visibility.
• Deliver complex transformation programs with governance, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Develop data-driven performance management through dashboards and KPIs.
• Build high-performing, globally distributed teams in Process Excellence, Automation, and Work Management.
• Create scalable operating models with standards, playbooks, and governance processes.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and process mining to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Partner with senior leadership to accelerate delivery of key objectives.
• Champion organizational change and adoption across new processes and technologies.
• Ensure quality, risk, and compliance in regulated environments.
