Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes in global, matrixed organisations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority across functions and levels.
• Experience in life sciences or regulated industries is a strong plus.
• Strong governance, portfolio management, and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise transformation programmes across the ADS platform.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams spanning global regions and functions.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and prioritization processes.
• Chair executive governance forums, steering committees and strategic reviews.
• Drive prioritization and resource allocation with senior leaders.
• Identify enterprise risks and proactive mitigation plans.
• Measure programme performance using KPIs and value realization metrics.
• Champion continuous improvement of transformation capabilities and discipline.
