Job summary

nCino, Inc. seeks a Senior Global Demand Generation Specialist to drive multi-channel campaigns that fuel global revenue and pipeline. You will own end-to-end programs across digital, email, webinar, and paid media, coordinating with regional teams to ensure consistency and regional adaptability.

You will lead measurement, optimize ROI, and collaborate with sales, content, and brand teams to maximize pipeline contribution across NA, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Global demand generation experience across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
• Experience with webinar programs and campaign performance reporting tools (Domo, Marketo Measure, Google Analytics).
• Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global demand generation campaigns across digital, email, webinar, and paid media channels.
• Lead deliverables across the marketing funnel with cross-functional teams to ensure a healthy demand engine.
• Own global email and webinar program strategy, including audience targeting and creative direction.
• Collaborate with paid media, content, brand, and sales teams to drive pipeline growth.
• Monitor KPIs (net new leads, MQL, opportunities, pipeline, ROI) and optimize ROI across regions.
• Optimize programs to align CAC with ROI and adjust channel mix and targeting.
• Own campaign performance measurement and translate data into strategic decisions.
• Lead regional demand program execution with global consistency and regional customization.
