Job summary

BlueCat seeks a data-driven marketing leader to strategize, execute, and optimize demand generation for Network Observability on a global scale. You will develop integrated campaigns, align internal teams, and manage a multi-channel approach across direct sales and partnerships.

You will also plan and execute our webinar program, coordinate speakers, and drive promotion and timing for events, while delivering actionable analytics to improve pipeline outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience developing cohesive multi-channel integrated campaigns.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in a metrics-driven culture to measure marketing impact on pipeline.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven demand generation for Network Observability globally.
• Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns with cross-team alignment.
• Plan and run demand gen webinars including speakers, setup, and promotion.
• Manage marketing strategy across direct sales, channel, and alliance partners.
• Track conferences and field events to drive meetings and engagement.
• Provide reporting and insights connecting activities to pipeline.
